Architectural Draftsman - AutoCAD (1-3 yrs)
Job Description :
We're looking for an Architectural Draftsman who is skilled in computer-aided design software programs. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of project types, including residential, commercial, and industrial.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare basic drawings and illustrations, sketches and diagrams, schematics and conceptual drawings, working drawings, and design proposals for clients
- Convert architect's concept into architectural drawings, using computer-assisted drafting and design software
- Work with architects and other engineering professionals to achieve design goals
- Verify dimensions, scale, space relationships, and material quantities
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely delivery of product
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
- Work with other team members to complete tasks and meet deadlines
Skills/Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in architectural drafting
- 2+ years of experience with AutoCAD
- Capability to produce accurate floor plans, elevations, section layouts, and details
- Aesthetic Sense and knowledge about interior design is good to have.
