Area Incharge - Civil Engineering - Construction (20-25 yrs)
Qualification : BE Civil
- Handling multiple large project in building construction industry,
- Will be assigned to handle 2-3 states in North India
- Must be handling projects with minimum value of 300-400 cr. each,
- Must be handling multiple projects in the range of minimum 600-800 cr.
- Extensive experience in building projects in contracting/construction industry required.
- Multiple Project Co-ordination with various Statutory Authorities like CPWD, MCD, NDMC, DDA, DJB, Delhi Police, Commonwealth Committee for obtaining their approvals for facilitation of execution including Utilities/ Traffic Diversion, Land acquisition etc.
- Making Tender proposals, NIT, Tender documents, Evaluation/Comparison of Technical & Financial packages
- Preparation, Formulation, Modification, Compilation of Tender Specific Contract Clauses including General & Special Conditions of Contracts
- Holding Pre-Bid meetings & co-ordination for providing Clarifications on contract specific issues.
Coordination with different Contractors/Architects/Consultants regarding design, specifications and drawings for the execution of different works as per requirements and contact stipulations & preparation of all the documentation required for such meetings.
- Providing clarification to the contractor on design, specifications and drawings for execution of works as per requirements and contract stipulations.
- Day-to-day supervision of all the activities, Quality Control, Field Tests and maintenance of site records.
- Verification and Certification of Contractor's R.A. & Final bills.
- Checking of material at site account. (M.A.S.)
- Rate analysis of extra items, substituted items deviation statements for all the civil works.
- Contract administration for civil works in line with contract provisions including processing of cases for liquidated damages for delay in completion, recoveries, time extension and other related aspects.
- Monitoring & review of Project progress with reference to financial and physical targets including preparation of detailed monthly progress report covering all aspects of the project.
