Job Responsibilities :
1. Coordinating and realizing after-sale-service for the corporation products in assigned area
2. Coaching & advising to the Authorized services & customers
3. Creating the Authorized Service net and creating the long-distance relationship.
4. Supervising the warranty service and assembling processes
5. Verifying and approving of service claims
6. Planning and realization of long term service processes.
