Artelus - Field Service Engineer (2-5 yrs)
Designation : Field Service Engineer.
Reporting To : Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager / Manager.
Qualification : Diploma In Engineering (3 or 4 yrs) or BE with 2 years of experience
Experience : 1-3 years in field Servicing Preferably Ophthalmic Medical Related Products.
Roles & Responsibilities : Servicing of Medical Equipment's, Promotion of AMC/CMC, Report preparation, Technical / Operational support to customers/dealers.
Mandatory Skills : Knowledge of Basic Testing tools, Basic Electronic Components, Card or PCB Repairs, Knowledge of Microsoft XL/Word, Internet, Good communication skill.
Other Skills : Problem solving Attitude, Patience and Good Customer management.
