Job Overview :
- As a Technical Manager in the field of construction chemicals based in Surat, India, you will be responsible for overseeing technical aspects related to the development, implementation, and support of construction chemical products. Key Responsibilities :
Technical Leadership :
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the product development team.
- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to construction chemicals.
- Conduct research and development activities to enhance existing products or develop new ones.
Product Development :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize construction chemical products.
- Conduct trials, testing, and analysis to validate product performance and quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety requirements.
Customer Support :
- Act as a technical liaison between the company and clients, providing support and resolving technical queries.
