Location : Haridwar

Job Purpose/Role :

- Building Flexible Manufacturing to meet customer Demand - Ensuring Right Product at Right Time

- Achieving Customer Delight through best quality control practices on shop floor.

- Improving profitability through Strengthening of Policy Deployment & DWM Activities

- Strengthening Autonomous Management & improving operational Efficiency by accelerating TPM Activities.

- Building Happy & Safe work place with focus on healthy employee relations.

- Building Innovation Culture to promote higher level of improvements in Plant.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, coach and support to achieve Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety & Morale in Assembly.

- Drive continuous improvement on systemic abnormalities to prevent re-occurrence.

- Provide necessary resources to maintain production flow and confirm critical inputs are being performed to the acceptable standards.

- To increase the technical capabilities of team members by training to encourage safe working and to avoid rejection and rework.

- To encourage creativity amongst the team through continuous up gradation of skills, identify high potential members for development and higher responsibilities and motivation of the team.

- Promote harmony and teamwork by motivation and participation.

- Maintain high standard of IR in consultation with HR department and other production segments.

- Ensure TPM activities as per Guidelines on the Shop Floor.

- Represent in production meeting and Co-ordinate with internal supplier like Engine, PPC & support department like QA, PE.

- Mentor and lead the individuals for their development.
