Our client a leading ecommerce company in field of baby products & annual turnover of 150 crores & employee strength of 150 persons looking for staff for their production facility located at Moriya area of Ahmedabad.

Position: Assembly Line Manager

Experience: 8+ Years good in assembly line

Edu: Any graduate

Salary: 55K to 75K

Location: Moraiya, Changodar

Your responsibilities:

- Supervise daily assembly line operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

- Manage and train assembly line staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated work environment

- Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows as necessary to meet deadlines

- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, conducting regular inspections

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance performance

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality Control, Maintenance) to ensure seamless operations

- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management

- Troubleshoot assembly line issues and resolve them promptly to minimize downtime

- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and tools used in the assembly process

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven experience in assembly line management & production supervision

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent problem-solving and decision making abilities

- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy environment
