Assembly Supervisor - Automotive (5-9 yrs)
Position : Assembly Supervisor
Education : Diploma - Mechanical / Automotive / Mechatronics
Should be able to manage the assembly and to get the desired output, by managing a team of 35 employees and interacting with cross functions which includes...
1) Allotting the assembly loads
2) Seals and BOC arrangements from stores.
3) Ensure the desired output from the assembly lines.
4) Making the SAP entry and stores credit note
5) Clearance of rework and rejection of cylinders on daily basis
6) Responsible for 5S, Submission of Instruments for calibration..
7) Team work-Should be able to take the team along with him and maintain harmony and discipline.
Exposure in ISO 9001/OHSAS, would be an advantage.
Hands on exposure on Man-management, preferably Unionized employees.
