Assistant Admin Manager (7-10 yrs)

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Assisting the admin manager in the supervision and management of staff, delegating tasks and ensuring their productivity.
- Under guidance of the Admin Manager, assist with the implementation of administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance with regulations.
- Support the Admin Manager in overseeing the operations of various administrative functions, including but not limited to Housekeeping, Security, Catering, Transportation, Facilities, Hospitality
- Application and processing of travel documents
- Supports Admin Manager for regulatory compliances involving import, GST provisions, STPI/Custom filings, and other regulatory matters
- Support Admin Manager in hosting visits of Global Step personnel from other offices and Clients both domestic and global to our offices
- Optimize resource allocation, including office equipment and supplies, to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication pertaining to administration matter
- Work with Admin Manager to provide guidance, training, and professional development opportunities to administrative staff
- Any other duties assigned to by Admin Manager
Required Skills and Capabilities
- Graduate in any stream
- English communication- should be fluent in reading, writing & speaking
- Good understanding of Office Management, Vendor Management, Procurement, Event Management, Security & Transport Management & New Office set up & relocation arrangements of Personnel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of all information and ability to answer all queries from clients, vendors and employees.
