Assistant Asset Management Professional (3-15 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Personal supervision of the critical infra-structure for the M&E services, fire and security systems that support the business operations.
- Manage facilities staff and support services resources who provide the hard services for the site through Facility Managers.
- Build teams; create high morale and an empowered work environment.
- Setting measurable objectives for the M&E team.
- Develop, implement, and review reactive and proactive maintenance plans.
- Develop lifecycle reports for plant, equipment, and assets applicable under agreed scope of work.
- Act as the key point of contact for the day-to-day relationship with the client.
- Meeting regularly with the client to ensure that hard services delivery is meeting the contractual needs.
- Provide out of hours response to incidents. Work with the Asset Management and team to develop out of hour's response protocols.
- Ensure that M&E team, vendors, and contractors fully comply with HSE requirements.
- Compliance of HSE by M&E team, vendors, and contractors
- All M&E deliverables as per agreed scope of work.
- Planning and execution to ensure that all requests and complaints are closed within TAT.
- Reviewing MIS, and service reports and ensuring corrective actions are taken.
Qualifications/ Education :
- Educational qualification - Diploma/ B.E - Electrical/Mechanical Engineer
- Professional Qualification - work experience of both Electrical and Mechanical deliverables in a multitasking scenario.
- Professional Experience - Minimum 3- 5-year experience either in professional
