Assistant/Deputy Manager - IMS/QMS/MR - Chemical Firm (5-10 yrs)
We are searching for AM/DM-IMS/QMS with leading conglomerate for their chemical Business based at Gujarat.
The person should be from Engineering -Mechanical background only
Role :
1. Maintaining compliance to subscribed standards i.e. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001,
2. Successful adoption & implementation of 5S across the plant,
3. Reduction in external audit findings & timely closure,
4. Successful adoption, implementation & promotion of Kaizen system in the plant,
5. Promoting quality system tools through regular training & awareness,
6. Maintaining the data base related to major job responsibilities,
7. Monitoring & reporting deviation in weight variation, planning and scheduling IMS internal audits & customer audits, IMS external audits and other systems to management regularly on time,
8. MRM preparation & presentation to the Apex committee,
Essential Skills :
- Internal auditor certification in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018
- Effective Communication skill
- Team working approach
- Knowledge on MS office package
- Should be good at SAP /ERP system
Desirable Skills :
- Knowledge about implementation of lean practices such as 5S, Kaizen etc.
- Experience in handling & liaison external audits i.e. customer, certifying body etc.
- Planning & scheduling IMS internal audit system.
