Assistant/Deputy Manager - Product Development - Automotive Solution (9-10 yrs)
We are hiring for Assistant/Deputy Manager - Product Development for our client Hanon Climate Systems India Private Limited.
Requirements in brief :
Location : Bhiwadi, Haryana.
Experience : Min 9 to 10 years w.r.t. Product design - CAD, Product validations, Product design Support, Product Testing, Continuous improvement, Budgeting process, Team building & training & Skill up gradation.
Min Qualification : BE Mechanical and Diploma in Business Management
- Good communication skills.
- Package to be offered: Rs.12 to 14 Lacs p.a.
- Reporting to DGM - Product development.
Note :
- Focus on driving and reviewing the process of product design creation (CAD Models) & Product test validations to support development, product test capability / capacity addition to support current & future business growth by meeting project plan, customer/ quality requirements and delivering reliable products.
- Knowledge of Reliability, CAD, CAE, ISO /TS knowledge, Lab standards preferred.
