Position : Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager -Technical
Job locations : Dharuhera & Mundra

Requirements :
- Degree in Chemical Engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in chemical/ specialty chemical /Automobile plant
- Should have worked at least 2-3 years in management systems audits is desirable
- Hands on experience of heat & mass balance, process calculations, doing improvement projects
- Knowledge of management systems like ISO 9001, IATF ISO 16949, EMS ISO 14001, and OHSAS is a must
- Knowledge of tools like TPM/ TQM/ Six Sigma/ 5S / Kaizen etc is desirable
Job Responsibilities :
- Carryout heat and mass balance of existing plants
- Preparation of PFD and PID
- Map the existing process, identify the gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and execute action plan to convert above opportunities into results
- Coordinate with respective plant teams for sustainability of improvement projects
- Preparation and lead for management systems audits (certifications & recertification)
- Preparation and lead for customer audits
