Assistant/Deputy Manager - Warehouse Operation (5-9 yrs)
Job Description :
- Ensuring the Legal Compliance & all related reports. (e.g. Registration labour Contact Act/ shop
- Establishment Act/ All Labour laws etc.)
- Ensuring the Safety Compliance, related reports / MIS & Training. (e.g. Fire Safety / Road Safety / First Aid etc.)
- Liaising with Govt. & Pvt. Bodies.
- Registration Certificate of all New Warehouse / License Renewal.
- General Maintenance of Building, Warehouse and Japanese Apartments of North India.
- Vendor Development.
- Negotiation with current vendors for minimizing the admin cost.
- Verify Bills, and coordinate for timely payment.
- Take care of procurement and related MIS.
- Searching new warehouse / office property as per requirement.
- Arranging all necessary requirements for setup new warehouse.
- Arranging all necessary seating arrangement for new staff.
- Any other job assigned by the Management time to time.
