Key Responsibilities :

Job Description

1. Lead the project from start of the project to launch.

2. Ensure timely delivery of all key milestones for delivery from Pune or other studios.

3. Ensure the delivery of the project with key attributes defined during the start of the project

4. Represent design in cross functional teams

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the project from start of the project to launch.

- Prepare a Project Schedule and resource (manpower, models, etc.) plan at beginning of every new project. Dovetail the same with overall Program schedule

- Ensure timely delivery of all key milestones for delivery from Pune or other studios.

- Be the face of Design for all meetings with Engineering, suppliers, Marketing/Product Planning and also the communication channel for the same.

- Along with the Lead designer # manage the Design feasibility discussion with Engineering and suppliers.

- Model / prototype planning and tracking

- Undertaking Consumer and Design trends as well as Competition benchmarking for specific platforms you are responsible for.

- Giving inputs to designers and modelers for compliance to Engineering feasibility and technical constraints.
