Assistant Manager - Administration (8-25 yrs)
Position: Asst. Manager - Admin
Location: Malad (W).
Qualification: Any Graduate.
Experience: Min. 10 yrs
CTC Range: Based on Current experience and CTC.
Knowledge: MS Office Expert knowledge, SAP, Oracle, MIS, Billing, Audit, Budgeting.

Our Client is a global leader in the development, commercialization, marketing and application of specialty engineered chemistries for the refining and petrochemical industries.
1. Admin Billing: PR, PO, Collection of bills, Checking bills, Getting approvals, processing bills, vendor payment follow-up, Billing tracker, NDC. For all admin-related bills.
2. Reimbursements & Petty Cash Mgmt.: Out-of-pocket expenses settlement, local procurements, cash vouchers mgmt., all reimbursements in accordance to policy, etc.
3. Utility Bills & COCP: Airtel & Vodafone, Directors Mobile billing, MTNL, Electricity, MGL, credit card & all other periodical bill payments.
4. Liasoning & Compliance: Property tax, Water Bill, Change of Name, Shop & Establishment, all statutory compliance.
5. MIS reports: Billing & Payment Tracker, Property Tracker, Compliance tracker, Budget tracker, Insurance tracker, AMC renewal Tracker, PO & PR Tracker, Courier exp tracker, Reimbursements Tracker, Records mgmt., Filing work, Documentation, Maintaining all records as per statutory governmental norms.
6. Budgeting: Preparation of annual admin budget & maintain expense records with budget tracking.
7. Vehicle mgmt.: coordination for all vehicles insurance renewal in time. Expenses processing & record-keeping for repair & maintenance, fuel expenditure of all vehicles.
8. Inventory mgmt. for Admin goods:- to keep a record of all admin material I.e. inward-outward, stock & expiry.
9. Back office assistance to operation team: To provide all required assistance to operation team as per requirement.
10. Data Mgmt.: To maintain a database of suppliers, vendor creation, vendor search, SAP applications, analysis & provide inputs/ feedback to the operation team.
11. Attending admin audit:- To assist auditors with all required details pertaining to the admin department. Approval notes preparation & filing.
