We are searching for Assistant Manager-Commercials with Leading conglomerate leader in his business. The position is based at Gir/Somnath-Gujarat. THe position will reports to Sr.Manager-Purchase & ADM

Qualification: BCOM+MBA, MCOM

Key Accountability:

To accomplish Raw Materials, Chemicals and Packing Materials receipts, checking, issuing and maintain its inventory effectively and ensure smooth and systematic receipts as per plant requirement

- Execution of orders for Limestone, Boulder and Salt

- Generating of GRN and Bill passing of Limestone & Salt

- Daily MIS report

- To complete data on-line Royalty of Limestone.

- To learn how t co-ordinate & follow-up with various Depts. Like salt works, Captive Mines, Accounts, IT & Commercial, RMH for materials unloading,Transporters, Govt authorities, etcc.

- To prepare trend charts of the rates (all raw materials including Chemicals,Packing material, etc.)

- Responsible for correctness of data entry in SAP MM module which will include preparing of Purchase Orders and Service Purchase Orders of Purchase-admin Dept. which will include conditions for passing the bills based on lab analysis report.

JOb Purpose:

- Execution of day to day operations of stores function for Raw materials, Packaging material, chemicals, Weighbridges in general shift with best utilization of all available resources in compliance to all statutory legal requirements.
