Assistant Manager Commercial - Purchase or Logistics (5-8 yrs)
Minimum 4 - 7 Years of experience in handling commercial operations.
- Relevant experience in Purchase or Logistics is mandatory
- High Proficiency in Computers in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point etc.
- Good Communication.
- Commercial function.
- Logging orders for parts, equipment.
- Order follow up with Headquarter and Invoicing.
- Interfacing with local Sales Tax Consultants.
- Involvement in imports, clearance thru clearing agents, Logistics etc.
- All import & Forex related work
- Preparing MIS covering Sales Prospect Report from quotations released in a particular territory.
- Involvement with regional stocks in the warehouse and local dispatches.
- Preparing & Handling VAT, Service tax, Excise tax, Income Tax returns & payments
- Reconciliation of the payments and monitor accounts to ensure payments are received up to date and resolve any discrepancies.
