Assistant Manager - Concrete Technology (5-8 yrs)
Job Description :
1. In house evaluation of HSCL PCEs Polymers against imported standards as well as Indian Competitors and prepare test report with the ranking of HSCL PCE
2. Development of PCE products & PCE Admixtures as per customer need by formulation using HSCL Intermediate Polymers and other additives.
3. In house evaluation of HSCL SNFs against imported standards as well as Indian Competitors and prepare test report with the ranking of HSCL SNF
4. Conduct mortar and concrete test with PCE & SNF as per the requirement with test reports
5. Documentation of all TESTS DONE IN STANDARD FORMAT
6. Arrange concrete testing raw material in coordination with the Mahistikry plant purchase department so that testing is not delayed for this.
7. Customer visits on Pan India to establish the performance of HSCL PCEs as per the sales department need and to attend Technical Problems. Every day interface with Product Management Team of Manish and Anup and also with myself for development of Client's expected product.
8. Housekeeping of laboratory
9. Follow all applicable safety rules
10. Assist seniors with test results as and when required as well as to frame the test plan.
11. Train assistants on Concrete Details, Use of PCE & SNF, Concrete testing
