Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Onboarding Network Providers: Facilitate the onboarding process of LMNO (Local Mobile Network Operators) for connected car solutions.

- Network Platform Setup: Implement and configure network platforms, ensuring all necessary setups are completed accurately.

- Troubleshooting & RCA: Identify and resolve network issues, prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports for any identified problems.

- Network Performance Monitoring: Monitor network performance and security, ensuring optimal functionality and reliability.

- eSIM Activations: Work closely with network providers on eSIM activations and related activities.

- Network Audit Support: Collaborate with the team to support network audits, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

- Process Flow Preparation: Develop and maintain process flows for SIM activations, eSIM profiles, issue investigations, and escalation procedures.

- Regulatory Coordination: Coordinate with the Ministry of Communication to obtain necessary approvals and address regulatory changes or requirements.

- End-to-End Testing: Facilitate and manage end-to-end testing events for network-related confirmations and validations.

Key Competencies Required:

- Experience: Minimum of 11 to 13 years of work experience in telecommunication projects.

- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with LMNO platforms, including validating APN, Customer ID, service plans, activations, billing, and invoicing.

- Contract Execution: Experience in procurement and import-related contract execution.

- Project Management: Proficient in schedule management and tracking throughout the project lifecycle.

- Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing stakeholders from different geographies.

- Inventory Management: Skilled in managing inventory for SIMs and technical equipment.

- Team Coordination: Proven ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional teams.

- Communication: Ability to prepare and present management updates effectively.

- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications:

Educational Qualification: BE/B.Tech in a relevant field.

Experience: 10 to 19 years in a similar role, preferably in the auto industry or IT sector.

Language Proficiency: English

Age: 34 to 37 years

Notice Period: Immediate to within one month
