Job Description :

- Responsible for execution and installation of instrumentation and control systems in the projects Work out BOQ and specs for instruments / cabling based on approved plan and P I diagrams. Installation / cable termination for field instruments meeting the project schedules and Good Engineering practice.

Technical comparison / evaluation / recommendation for selecting the supplier Commissioning, training and documentation Designing conceptualizing, preparing budgets, proposal execution of the proposal related to instrumentation / automation requirement for all modification / new projects in the plant Project schedule preparation and PO / Contract plans updating on continuous basis. Basic Detail Engg of Instrumentation for Expansion and New Projects Vender Evaluation for Technical aspects Preparing the Technical Documents for Instruments Implementing latest technical resources for Instrumentation control for quality production

Qualification of Computerized system in association with instrument / Project dept / External contractor Documentation for the purpose the of regularity authorities (USFDA, WHO) like PLC validation, calibration Certificate, validation of equipment, etc To ensure maximum availability of equipment / instrument and machinery for production by effective management of breakdown resulting into least possible downtime Supporting plant in identifying de bottlenecking area for the purpose of capacity and yield improvement in plants

Execution of various out sourcing jobs like fabrication, painting, carpentry, insulation jobs through various contractors. Ensure safe working procedure instructions followed by contractors / technicians in plants. Skills : Production / Manufacturing Production / Service Engineering / Manufacturing / Maintenance
