One of India's Leading Group company SRF Ltd. (Chemicals Division) requires Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager Quality at its plant located in Bhiwadi near Delhi NCR
Job Description :
Team/Department : Quality Control
Business & Location : FCB-Bhiwadi
Reporting to : Head - QC
Purpose :
- To monitor quality of incoming, in process and finished products to meet the customer requirements.
- Development of process to generate value from by products
- Customer complaint handling
Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities :
- Timely inspection and testing.
- The incumbent is responsible to monitor the analytical results in order to identify the non-conforming product.
- Readiness of Instruments for the analysis
To monitor that only Q.A approved product goes to the customer
- Timely feedback of test results so that plant running and dispatches are not delayed.
The incumbent is responsible for allocation of Q.A manpower in order to meet the quality plan
- Maintaining the inventory for the spares of the instruments, glass wares and chemicals
- The incumbent is responsible to assist the department head
- Q.A for implementation of statutory requirements under EP Act & other Acts/ Rules pertaining to Environment
- Maintaining expenses under budget
The incumbent is responsible for allocation of Q.A manpower in order to meet dispatch plan
Position Specification :
Educational Qualification : MSc
Nature of experience : Chemical analysis techniques
Duration of experience : 7-12 years
Role specific competencies : Analytical skills, Planning and execution, Communication, Interpersonal skills, Team work, Job Knowledge
