Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - R&D/Lab Operations - NVH (8-12 yrs)
Looking for AM/DM - Lab (Noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH)) with Minimum 8 ~ 10 years of Experience in Automotive testing in NVH test equipment / NVH Chambers
Specific responsibilities:
- Conduct NVH test as per Global Automotive testing standards and good knowledge on test data analysis and input to R&D team.
- Lead lab operations Test Requests for concept development, DV/PV/IP process.
- Knowledge on the various NVH Instruments & Sensors, measurement technics
- Able to analysis the data acquired through system
- Maintain the test equipment & instruments with no breakdown.
- Work rapidly to meet established milestones.
Qualification and Preferred Competencies:
Qualification:
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering required
- ME with specialization in NVH or with automotive relevance an added advantage.
Experience: Min 5 Years of experience in automotive testing field(NVH)
Preferred Competencies:
- Demonstrated ability to testing concept design, develop and analysis.
- Sound knowledge on Test Instrument /sensors
- Strong Competency on anechoic chamber & hemi- anechoic chamber.
- Knowledge about Machine maintenance
- Excellent communication & Presentation skills.
- Logical understanding & reasoning ability to make relations
- Fosters an environment of commitment.
- Good team player proactive in discussing with cross-functional team
