Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager(Automobile)

1. Weld shop process planning :

- Spot distribution, gun selection, robot teaching for new models

- Knowledge of Robotic roller hemming and adjustment of hemming

- Planning and design of welding jigs / fixtures/ respot stands for new models

2. Drawing study for spot welding / MIG welding / Sealing processes

3. Weld shop equipment Planning Design of welding jigs / fixtures for development of new model.

4 Weld shop trial planning and execution - Trials for smoothening of process and line balancing for new models

5 Analysis of Body Accuracy and Fit & Finish Complex quality problems (e.g. water leakage, door noise etc.)

1- Spot distribution planning & welding gun selection

- Robot teaching

- Line balancing

- Multi model equipment planning (installation & trials)

- Development of doors of new model on roller hemming

- Door comp analysis and planning of quality up

- Door kengu fit finish checking fixure planning

2 Study drawings for spot / sealer / MIG / Fit and finish and ensure process planning based on the drawings.

3 - Fitment jig planning and manufacturing

- Fit finish development

- Analysis of body accuracy and co-relation

- Process sheets making

- Spot distribution planning

- AutoCAD, Catia VS

- Knowledge of jigs and fixtures

- Making of jig planning sheets

- identification and resolution of issues during events maturation

- Discussion with end user for concerns for resolution

- Equipment inspection

- Analyse body accuracy and fit / finish data for planning countermeasures in part / process / equipment for achieving desired quality output.

- Must be able to co-relate quality issues with drawings / specifications and take appropriate countermeasures.
