Assistant Manager/Deputy Manger - Printing (8-12 yrs)
Designation : Assistant / Deputy Manger - Printing

Required Qualification :
- Diploma / B.Tech Or M.Sc. Polymer science, Textile chemistry, Textile Technology.
- Years of Experience - 8 to 12 years experience in the Textiles industry, with a focus on Rotory Screen Printing or specialty printing.
Other Specification Skills :
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills; proficiency in printing software and machinery.
Core Responsibilities Of The Position :
- Supervision: Lead and manage printing staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Production Management: Oversee daily printing operations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Quality Control: Monitor print quality and make adjustments to maintain standards; perform regular equipment checks.
- Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot technical issues related to printing machinery and software.
- Process Improvement: Implement best practices and innovations to enhance efficiency and output quality.
- Customer Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions; ensure client specifications are met.
- Inventory Management: Manage supplies and materials, ensuring adequate stock for production needs.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols in the workplace.
