Assistant Manager - Design (6-9 yrs)
Job responsibilities-
- To contribute in development and finalization of the planning for all projects wrt brand standards and area program
- To prepare the area program wrt Indian standards, to check planning wrt National building code, local state bye laws and Accor brand standards.
- Finalization of Fa- ade design, tendering, working drawings & checking of shop drawings
- To work with the development team by preparing cost effective design schemes to check the feasibility of future sites
- To coordinates with Accor's Design & Technical Services (DT&S) team to get brand validation for all project
- To decide about the design scheme which helps optimize the utility of spaces
- To decide about the cost effective material usage in design.
- Clash identification and design coordination.
Required Skills
Knowledge
The incumbent must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
- Working knowledge of AutoCad / Revit, Presentations
- Basic knowledge of Auto cad, MS Word, Excel, Project and Power point

The incumbent must demonstrate the following skills:

Qualifications
