Assistant Manager - Design Architect (6-10 yrs)
We have opportunity for Assistant manager _design Architect with one of the reputed real estate client.
Duties :
- Spearhead the interior design process of the proposed development.
- Shortlist interior design consultants for the project in consultation with the Design head.
- Float inquires to the shortlisted consultants for fee proposal.
- Be a part of the negotiation process for the shortlisted consultants, prepare recommendation report and conclude the appointment process.
- Provide apt design solutions in the form of space planning suitable to the brief & context1
- Prepare an interior design brief for the project.
- Coordinating interior design with the overall architectural layout between various agencies / external consultants
- Confer with clients, engineering personnel, and architects on overall program.
- Prepare graphic representations of proposed plans using computer-aided design and drafting (CADD) software
- Assist the principal Architect to select appropriate materials for use in interior designs
- Choosing materials, specifications, facilities as per market trend and budgetary cost
- Inspect interior work to ensure that it adheres to original plans
- Giving presentations about the project to various internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintaining interior design documentation
