Assistant Manager/Dy Manager - Maintenance (7-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for Mechanical Maintenance of plant equipment & Utilities (Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown maintenance).
- Experienced in Mechanical Maintenance and troubleshooting of Pilgers, Drawbench, & Hot Piercing.
- Provides technical support by training and troubleshooting to maintenance and manufacturing personnel.
- Interprets operational manuals, manufacturers specifications, blueprints and schematics for manufacturing and ancillary equipment.
- Assigns and supervises daily work schedules of mechanical maintenance personnel. Maintains employee records pertaining to vacations, absenteeism, weekly time sheet, etc.
- Develops comprehensive preventive maintenance program for critical equipment and tracks results by adhering to weekly schedules.
- Generates equipment modification/ Improvement ideas and implements with time lines to ensure savings and ease in equipment maintenance and reduce breakdowns.
- Overall responsibility for breakdowns & Preventive maintenance, services and supports to all business areas related to mechanical engg.
- Ensure the compliance of Legal / statutory regulations as per applicable act, ISO related documents, various audits, OSHAS, MPCB, CCOE, Electricity act, weights & measure etc
Salary:INR 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
