- Should have experience of leading a team of 7-10 members consisting of CS & Documentation.
- Good rappo with shipping lines & co loaders.
- Good communication skills.
- G or H card holder would be added advantage.
Job Description :
- Monitoring a team handling entire process of Ocean Exports from Pickup of cargo till its destination.
- Handling companys corporate customers.
- Troubleshooting of F/w, Ops & CHA related matters.
- Building good rappo with shippers.
- Guide & motivate the CS & documentation team.
- Visit customers with sales to promote ocean exports & assist the customers in ocean exports operation related services.
