Assistant Manager - Electrical Integration (3-10 yrs)
AM - Electrical Integration
- To Design Electrical & Electronic system architecture and packaging of parts in vehicle considering all aspects of functionality, manufacturability, ease of assembly, and serviceability.
- Integration of all kind of Electrical component with ECU
- To define an electrical system diagram for a given project considering all regulatory/Homologation requirements.
- To collate requisite inputs to horizontal detail design teams for the design of electrical and electronic parts as per the product brief,
- Conduct DR, FMEA (system/ design), and apply all such tools in the design phase
- To establish good communication and interaction with the concerned manufacturing plant, and service teams and coordinate for resolving the same
- Benchmarking and generation of ideas for better performance, quality, cost, weight
- Root cause analysis for quality issues using QC tools and countermeasure action
- Define the overall activity schedule for all projects, monitor the same periodically, and take appropriate action to ensure targeted deliveries
