Job Description :
- Project planning & scheduling.
- Ensure safety of all employees through strict adherence to safety norms and usage of PPE.
- Co-ordination with customers and ensure the availability of five absolute in the site.
- Deployment of manpower on time and monitor their productivity.
- Expenses monitoring and control.
- Ensure timely availability of local materials through coordination from factory and vendors.
- To co-ordinate with factory on product issues and sorting out the same without tampering the progress of the work.
- Ensure stage wise billing is raised on time through close monitoring of site progress and agreed contract terms.
- Ensure availability of necessary documents for bill processing by the customers.
- Ensure quality through audit and confirm the parameters required before handing over.
