Assistant Manager - Engineering (4-6 yrs)
job Description :
- Handling Operation & Maintenance of HVAC, UPS, BMS, DG Sets, UPS, Electrical panels and fittings, Kitchen equipment, Firefighting System.
- Responsible for all maintenance related activities. Attending & immediately resolve all the maintenance complaints received from the outlet.
- Daily Power monitoring, calculations and reporting at monthly basis. Preparing PPM schedule, Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports keep records all documents. Reviewing and reporting of the maintenance pending work status to RCEO.
- Ensuring minimum downtime for all utilities & services.
Salary:INR 4,25,000 - 5,00,000 P.A. Depending Upon Current Salary, Experience & Designation
