Immediate hiring for Assistant Manager - Food and Nutrition with 5-7 yrs experience for Bangalore location.
Job Description :
1. Manage day to day lab processes for efficient operation and compliance applicable to quality and safety policies procedures.
2. Working with Regulatory Agencies and Analytical network Nationally/Internationally.
3. Should have extensive knowledge and understanding in Food Analytics Techniques.
4. To analyse and support R&D activities.
5. Establishes and implements an effective and efficient work processes / procedures while ensures the compliance to safety and quality system requirement.
6. Drives continuous improvement on work processed to maintain highest quality of analytical service, meet or exceed client's requirement.
7. Drives and directs lab investigation and CAPA closure.
Should have extensive knowledge on food / nutritional analysis and on advanced instrumentation, such as LCMS, HPLC, GC, ICP etc.
