- Knowledge of the operation monitoring of the utility equipment's like screw chiller, cooling tower, Ahus,

- Dehumidifier, humidifiers, dust collector, d.g.sets, air compressors, boiler etc.knowledge of the handling any type of the breakdown & preventive maintenance in HVAC and utility equipment of the Tablet/capsule plant..

- Preparation of SOP for engineering department.

- To Maintain Temperature / RH and Differential Pressure in Respective area. plant..

- To maintain operation of Window A/c and Split A/C, water cooler, DX System,healthy & working condition.

- To Maintain critical spares for Boiler, Air Compressor, Screw Compressor, AHU,and Filters. And the critical spares for the plantequipments

- To Knowledge of how to maintain Building Maintenance.

- To Knowledge of SAP System raise PR, bills certify & service entry for certified billsof utility area job work.

- Audit knowledge /direct exposure like MHRA, WHO, USFDA, etc.operation and maintenance knowledge of the purified water system is must.

- To prepare daily engineering utility report.

- To allocate proper job responsibilities to subordinate.

- Responsible for providing steam, compressed air, chilled water, purified water etc.without devation.

- Preparation, review and execution preventive maintenance schedule of utilityequipment & HVAC.

- Preparation, review and execution of area validation ( HVAC) & qualification as perschedule.

- Preparation, review and execution RLAF qualification as per schedule.

- To prepare monthly expenses provision report for account department.

- To prepare and review SOPs as per actual work practice & training to all concernbefore implementation.

- To ensure the online documentation of utility, as per CGMP requirement..

- Up gradation & Maintenance in existing system likes Vapour absorption heat pump,

- Screw chiller, cooling tower, Air handling unit system etc.

- Implementation on "Energy conservation" activity across the plant.

- To give AMC contract with service provider for engineering services etc.

- To co-ordinates for the legal activities related to utility like boiler, GIDC water, Gasetc.

- Preparation & Review of URS, SOPs, D.Q, I.Q., O.Q., P.Q, QMS document likechange control, CAPA and deviation of equipments

Salary : INR 9,50,000 - 10,00,000 P.A.
