Assistant Manager - Industrial Engineering - Paint Industry (10-18 yrs)
Job Title: Assistant Manager-Industrial Engineer
Division/Department: Manufacturing
Reports to: Senior Manager-Manufacturing
Key responsibilities:
- Productivity improvement through Industrial Engineering activities- Process study time and motion study to establish production norms.
- Study all of the on-going and the existing process, method, cycle time etc.
- Generate data and analyze to make project plane along with cost benefit analysis.
- Responsible for line balancing and improvement in cycle time through time study and motion study for various jobs, as required.
- Responsible for line capacity calculations and implementations.
- Responsible to prepare process flow, control plan, operation standard.
Key Skills:
B.Tech/B.E: Chemical, Mechanical, Production/Industrial (must)
P.G: M.Tech (Prefered)
CTC: 10 Lakhs-15 Lakhs (per annum)
Industrial Engineering PG qualification highly prefered
Must have 10-15 Years exp on relevant profile in any process industry (like paint/chemical/cement/glass/paper)
