MAIN ASSIGNMENTS - Indicate the main activities / duties to be conducted in the job.

- Management of the team of Data Center Technicians; this includes all aspect of people/performance/rotation management.

- Ensuring effective and efficient management of day to day 24x7 Datacenter Operations and UPTIME

- Manage/Improve the workflows and throughput for data Centers Operations.

- Become a subject master in Data Center Operations.

- Ensure all operational KPIs and Metrics are being measured and met inside his/her Data Center (s).

- Play a key part in innovation and driving automation within Data Center Operations. (BMS etc.)

- Be passionate about the quality and quantity of services being provided by the Data Center Operations team and continuously strive to improve our Customer Experience.

- Part of an on-call rotation for Datacenter Issue escalations.

- Vendor management/monitoring vendor performance.

- Ensuring his/her Data Center is compliant with all relevant security policies and procedures.

- Timely reports generation and meeting all customers data / reports requirement on timely passion

- Utility Maintenance of equipment like Chilling Plants, Boiler, Cooling Towers, Thermic Fluid Heaters, Compressors, Heat Pump etc

- Responsible for Planning, Operating and Maintenance of all electro equipment Transformer, Chillin & plants, Air washers, Air Handling Units in the organization.

- Maintaining Of Spares for Utility Plant for Smooth Operation

- Expertise in managing utility maintenance, Projects, utility operation, material management - and Energy conservation initiatives.

 QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION WORK EXPERIENCE:

(Minimum years of experience required) Graduate - B.E. (EEE)

- Experience - Exposure on ISO 14001, ISO 20001,ISO 27000,ISO9000,ISAE

- Highly knowledgeable in installation, repair and maintenance of Transformers, HT and LT distribution panels, UPS and SMPS systems & utility maintenance
