KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct weekly meetings and coordination with Site Engineers, contractors, and Consultants.

- Liaising with Municipal Corporation Tree Authorities NOC.

- Landscape designing of all types of building with Conceptual, presentable landscape and final drawing using relevant softwares.

- Ensuring smooth flow of drawings and also the landscape execution quality at site.

KEY SKILLS:

- 5 to 6 years of experience with a large scale developer carrying out extensive landscape jobs.

- Good Knowledge in landscape Design and detailing, materials and technology are essential.

- Good knowledge of horticulture like trees plantation, tree preservation, gardening, floriculture, etc.

- Good knowledge on Landscape Execution procedure.

- Good time management and communication skills (oral & written).

- Proficiency in MS Office, Auto CAD, Photoshop and Sketch-up

Salary: INR 6,00,000 - 10,00,000 P.A.
