Educational qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Work experience :
- Around 5 years to 8 years of work experience in Engineering Workshop
- Should have Lean Manufacturing, TPM, 5S, Kaizen, etc.
- Should have experience of VMC, CNC, Grinding, Milling and other workshop machines
Skills require :
- Workshop Operations Management
- Quality Control Analysis
- Production Line Management
- Manpower Planning
Job profile :
- Workshop Management, Work distribution
- Diagnose the complaints, Quality check up
- Marking of jobs as per drawings.
- Identifying scope for modifications in equipment, process flow, knowledge Of Tooling and its costing, etc.
- To maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process.
- Preventive Maintenance
- Equipment Maintenance
- Prepare, supervise & control workshop activities including scheduling of work.
- To coordinate with Design, QC, Stores and Assembly department
CTC : Rs. 4.0 LPA to Rs.5.0 LPA (depends on current CTC, relevant work experience & qualifications)
