Assistant Manager - Maintenance (5-8 yrs)

Position : Asst Manager Maintenance -Gujarat -Surat

Qualification : BE Mech

Experience : 5-10 years prefer from cement / gypsum / mineral

Job Responsibilities :

- Ensure Safe work culture throughout the plant by implementing & adhering to MNC Safety, Health & Environment Protocols

- Work out, implement & ensure standard operating procedures for maintenance operations

- Maintain 5S Culture & Housekeeping throughout the plant

- Understand basic machine drawing, workout of critical spares/part nos. etc and generate indent for Capex & as well as regular spares of all equipment

- Ensuring PM schedule of each equipment for maximising equipment availability and maintaining correct documentation on daily basis as per ISO 9001-2015


Skills/Capabilities :

- Must have knowledge about Hydraulic & Pneumatics equipment, Operation & running maintenance of machine shops (Like Lathe, Shaper, Surface grinder etc) and welding & Gas cutting and have hand on experience of maintenance of Mixer Machine (Teka, Erich etc), Exfoliator, Hoist, EOT Cranes, Hydraulic and other industrial equipment's like compressor, DG Sets etc.

- Must have knowledge on SAP & basic computer knowledge

- Should able to generate multiple solutions of problem in order to troubleshoot them effectively

- Should possess strong leadership skills and be able to take decision independently

- Should be good in planning & organizing

- Should have Strong analytical skills in order to visualize patterns not ordinarily observed
