- Candidate should be a Mechanical engineering graduate with at least 2+ years of relevant experience.

- Candidate must have strong verbal, listening and written Commuting skills.

- Candidate must have at least 80% marks (in PCM) in class 12.

- Candidate must be proficient in working with MS Office Powerpoint,Excel&Word.

- Candidate must live within a 90 minute commuting distance from Nehru palace

- Candidate should be ready to work in shifts including weekends

- Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCad will be an Added advantage.

Offered CTC for the position is the range : 4.8 lac per year to 6.6 lac per year

Job Description :

Maintenance (~50% time) :

- Perform preventive and reactive maintenance of HVAC & other engineering equipment like Cooling towers, Chillers, Heat recovery wheel, Cooling coil, AHUs, DG, Lifts, Fire Fighting Equipment & Water Tanks etc. in accordance with maintenance specifications and schedule

- Plan and execute projects related to improving engineering services, Energy efficiency and other sustainability initiatives

- Carry out periodic inspections, maintain logs and submit reports to the management

Safety (~25% time) :

- Ensure all the engineering work is carried out as per company / legislative rules

- Ensure compliance to EMS (Environment Mgmt System)-ISO 14001-2015, OHSAS (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series)-ISO-18001-2007, EMS (Energy Mgmt System)-ISO-50001-2011, QMS (Quality Mgmt System)-ISO-9001-2015, LEED Certification and BEE 5 star Rating

Miscellaneous (~25% time) :

- Commission, organize and assess the work of contractors, vendors and consultants

- Prepare and implement appropriate working processes to ensure smooth functioning of department

- Mentor and guide junior engineers and technicians

- Any other work which is assigned by management from time to time

Skills Must have :

HVAC system understanding, HVAC Execution, heat load calculation, HVAC design, AHU, RDBMS concepts/+NOSQL concepts, Equipment Maintenance, Mechanical, Autocad, ELectrical maintenance, Design of cooling tower

Qualifications : Mechanical, Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology

Working Days : 6 Days a week (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)
