Assistant Manager/Manager - Operational Excellence - Construction (2-5 yrs)
Minimum : 2 YRS Exp.
Job Description:
To manage internal consulting projects, as a team member/independent Project Lead.
To support efforts to consolidate knowledge from various Operations Improvement and Excellence, engagements at BUs, SPGs, ICs.
Areas of Exposure : Can deal with complexity both technical as well as organization and is a self-motivated.
Strong analytical and structured thinking. Good communication skills. Attention to detail and professional attitude towards high quality delivery. Necessarily a team player.
In addition to the above information;
The Individual assigned will analyse the business / project and by visiting sites, meeting responsible people and crunching the existing numbers from the business. After collecting data and analysing it, the person will submit their recommendations to the business.
Individual remains connected with the business to ensure the implementation is in spirit and as per recommendation. After the implementation the results are analysed and compared with the expectation.
KSA which this department needs in an individual are :
1. Ability to connect with the business: Hence the qualification engineering and the experience in manufacturing if not construction is required
2. Ability to analyse processes and suggest improvement. Not to mention communication forms a major part of the job.
Travelling is inevitable. Location Mumbai.
