6. Having Experience in Handling Gear Shop.
7. SMED
8. 5s
9. LEAN
10. TPM
11. CNC programming and operation knowledge in Gear Hobbg, Shaving, OD / ID Grinding and Gleason Gear Grinding Machines.
12. Tooling and Fixture knowledge.
Important - Must be familiar with Gear DIN Class Standard Requirement and Understanding the Profile / Lead corrections.
Reporting to - head Manufacturing Interacting with Quality, Maintenance, and PPE.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (as per the Annual MBO)
1 OEE Improvement.
2 Rejection control.
3 Changeover time reduction. QC projects
- Specialized and Technical Knowledges
- GearHobbing, Gear Shaping, Shaving Gear Grinding with Turing CNC programing and operation knowledge

Skills requirements
- Gear Manufacturing Process with CNC Program and operation knowledge with Mazatro / Funac HMC/Turning, Hobg,Shvg,Shpg and OD/ID & Gear Grinding
