Position : Assistant Manager/ Manager - Service Support
Location : Ghatkopar (E)
Reporting to : CEO
Qualification : BE Electrical/ Instrumentation/ Electronics (Diploma will also do)
Experience : 3-10 years
Salary : Ctc- 5 lakhs
- We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Service Manager who can manage a team of about 8-10 people.
- The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
- The company is a market leader in the field of vehicle safety systems such as heavy duty rear view camera solutions, driver sleep detection systems, pedestrian alert systems.
- The company has to carry out demonstrations & installations of Safety solutions/products on mobile equipment across India in a plant/warehouse/mines/ports.
- Pleasing personality and decent communication
Responsibilities and Duties :
- PAN India level installations & demonstrations of the above mentioned systems.
- Will be required to travel extensively.
- Handling warranty claims and settling the same in a time bound manner with customers
- Raising warranty claims on suppliers and ensuring they are settled on priority
- To allocate service engineers for installation and commissioning of safety components like
- Rear View Camera systems, proximity warning system.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on customer satisfaction through service/after sales support.
- Conduct research to identify new service strategies.
- Keep records of Replacements, repairs, customer complaints etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Develop entry level staff into valuable service technicians.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Industries served : Mining, Construction, Material Handling, Ports, logistics.
- Having knowledge / expertise in Automotive Electronics would be an added advantage
- Trouble shooting of products like rear view camera system / reverse sensor/ surveillance cameras / mobile dvr/ and so on.
- Should be able to lead and motivate a team of 8 to 10 service engineers
-Experience in customer support is a plus.
- Decent Knowledge in MS Office.
- Ability to pinpoint issues and proactively take initiative.
- Good communication; written and oral talent.
- Being proactive and independent; and possessing the skills to adapt to dynamic business circumstance are qualities expected.
- Ability to train, and mentor other workers to foster the growth of the business.
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skill.
