Position : Assistant Manager / Manager

Qualification : BE, Desirable - BE + MBA

Experience : 08-12 years

Position Reporting to : GM - Supply Chain

Industry Type : FMCG, Chemicals, Manufacturing

Desired Technical Skills : Proficient with MS-Office programs, primarily Advanced Excel and ERP (ORACLE) & advanced planning tools

Soft Skills : Good Verbal & written communication Skills, Negotiation Skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Production Planning :

- Ensuring OTIF (On Time & In Full Delivery) for Process Chemicals & Fuel Additive, Organic Titanates, PVF, Coating & Catalysts businesses through - Production Planning/ Scheduling at plants & Tollers

- Preparation of Monthly rolling production Plan & weekly packing or filling plan

- Analytical support against the FG planning - Plan, compliance and monitoring.

- Inventory monitoring against given norms for RM & FG.

- Coordination with Sales Support Team, RM Planner, Demand Planner, Logistics Planner & Purchase Team to ensure smooth operations.

- Provide product readiness inputs for updation of DSR

Raw material replenishment :

- Handle the purchase requisition execution to ensure the best availability of raw materials in close cooperation with purchase dept. and production (check availability, purchase order release, amendments, reception, invoices)

- Support in preparation of IR & ISO in absence of customer support team

Follow up of KPI's :

- Report on monthly plan vs actual production, resource utilisation, production Vs stock deployment status, forecast vs warehouse stock coverage and Forecast accuracy

- Monitor the delivery performance (OTIF) and take corrective actions where necessary

- Monitor & control non-moving inventory at Plant & warehouses

- Monitor & prevent detention charges on raw material arrived at port
