Educational qualification : B.E. / B.Tech. (Mechanical Engineering)
Work experience :
- Around 5 years to 10 years of relevant work experience in Mechanical Maintenance preferably with Agro-chemical or Chemical or Pharma or Food manufacturing companies
- Should have knowledge of AutoCAD
- Should have knowledge of EHS standards & practices
- Should have experience of leading Mechanical Projects
- Should have experience of trouble shooting of Gear Box, Pump, Blenders, conveyors and heavy automatic equipment
Job profile :
- Preventive and regular maintenance
- Assessing project and resource requirements, estimating, negotiating, budgets and timescales with Vendors & SCM team
- Routine maintenance work and respond to equipment faults.
- Diagnose breakdown problems
- Quality inspections
- Liaise with other departments
- Control maintenance tools, stores and equipment
- Review of Quarterly/Monthly/Weekly Production plan as per S&OP
- Responsible for Plant machine maintenance, wastage, machine availability, manpower utilization and 100% EHS compliance
- Monitor and control maintenance costs
- Project Lead, Planning & Execution

CTC : Rs. 7.0 lpa to Rs.8.0 lpa
