Assistant Manager - MEP Contracts

Location: Dadar, Mumbai / Goa

Industry: Residential Luxury Real Estate

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (BE Electrical)

- Experience ranging from 5 to 7 years in MEP execution and contracts

Responsibilities:

- Manage contracts related to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.

- Assist in the execution of projects while ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.

- Collaborate with the engineering team and subcontractors as needed.

- Participate in onsite inspections and quality control processes.

Travel Requirement :

- Occasional outstation travel may be necessary for project assessments and execution.
