Assistant Manager - Metal Cutting Operations (12-14 yrs)
a) Work with own hands at customer end.
b) Management skills to handle service team in Gurgaon.
c) Result oriented with excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
d) Strong communication skills, both verbal and written to deal sensitively with customers, team members and Management.
e) Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel & Powerpoint) and Operating Systems.
f) B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engg - 13 to 14 years of experience in machine Tool Field (Grinding, Metal Cutting).12 years exp must OR Diploma in Mechanical Engg - 16 to 18 years of experience in machine tool field (Grinding, Metal Cutting,).
g) Hands on work experience (servicing and application) in grinding machine (Cylindrical, Internal. Experience in servicing of Cam Shaft & Crank shaft grinding would be an added advantage) and Machining centers (HMC & VMC).
h) Knowledge of Hydrostatic Spindle & Hydrostatic Slide. Hands on experience would be an added advantage
i) Thorough knowledge of ball screw, L.M. Guideways, Spindle and other major sub-assemblies replacement.
j) In depth knowledge of reading and making Isometric machine drawings.
k) Knowledge understand Electrical, Hydraulic circuit & Pneumatic Circuits.
l) Operation and Diagnostic Knowledge of Fanuc CNC (Oi, 16i, 21i, 31i) & Siemens CNC Controls (810D, 840).Knowledge on Toyoda CNC (GC32, GC50 CNC) system would be an added advantage.
m) Should have PLC programming and diagnostic proficiency with any one type of PLC (working experience on Toyopuc PLC would be an added advantage).
