Lead/ Managerial Skills: Experience Required.

1. Leading a team of Naval Architects on project works.

2. Project approach methodology preparation, Effort estimation.

3. Streamline Inter Disciplinary Design/ Inpiut exchange towards project convergence.

4. Ability to prepare present Design Concepts to the Team members, Customer. (Internal/External Stake Holders.)

5. Draft critical Technical Letters to the Internal/External Stake Holders.

6. Draft critical Project Management related Letters to the Internal/External Stake Holders.

7. Perform Quality checks for critical project Deliverables.

8. Liaise with class for Technical negotiations.

9. Brief idea on Multi-Disciplinary aspects of Ship Design to be Instrumental in the Ship Design Industry such as Piping, Electrical and Mechanical Disciplines.

Software Skills: Hands on Experience Required

1. Auto CAD (2D/3D Basics)

2. MS Office

3. Any Naval Architectural Software Application.

4. Any FEA analysis Software.

Soft skills:

1. Effective verbal, writing communications.

2. Technical Reports writing.

3. Presentation skills.
