Job Description:
- Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to get hands dirty and build systems from the ground up.
- Passion to work in a fast-paced startup. Ability to wear multiple hats.
- Work with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations in a highly dynamic environment
- Adhere to and improvise processes to deliver on operational & supply chain efficiency
- Align process goals & business goals to deliver performance in the rapidly growing operations team
- Work with leadership to explain and modify strategic plans
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Customer focus with the good convincing ability and confident personality
- Create, maintain and execute policies or standard procedures pertaining to logistics, supply chain operations activities of the organisation.
Qualifications:
- Are a graduate with an MBA or MS in Operations/supply chain
- Have knowledge about Project management basics
- Have procurement work experience of at least 6 months
- Have excellent working knowledge of Ms Excel and Reporting
- Are highly organized and a detail junkie
- Enjoy solving ambiguous problem statements
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
- Have high levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
