Job Specification:

1. Education - Btech - Civil

2. Additional Qualification - NICMAR/ RICS - PDGM/ Master will be preferable

3. Location - Faridabad/ NCR

4. Exp - 3-5 years in planning to be specific

5. Exposer - High rise residential building

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage detailed project schedules using MS Projects/Primavera.

2. Coordinate with various teams to track project progress, identify delays, and implement corrective measures.

3. Ensure efficient planning and execution of high-rise residential projects, particularly with Mivan shuttering technology.

4. Prepare and maintain MIS reports, providing accurate and timely updates on project performance.

5. Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.

6. Conduct project analysis to identify potential risks and provide solutions to minimize impact.

7. Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

1. Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (NICMAR/RICS - PGDM/Master's degree is preferred)

2. Technical Proficiency:

- Strong hands-on experience with MS Projects/Primavera for project scheduling.

- Knowledge of high-rise building construction techniques, including Mivan shuttering.

- Familiarity with project tracking and delay analysis.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

4. MIS Expertise: Ability to prepare detailed and accurate MIS reports.
